This two hour introductory yoga workshop is designed to introduce the beginner to the physical, mental, and spiritual practice of yoga.

Emma will discuss studio etiquette, the structure of a yoga class, and different styles of yoga at Breathe. We will practice breathing, postures, and relaxation with an emphasis on both personal awareness and structural anatomy. Movement will include a variety of the most common seated, standing, and reclined poses including the use of props and modifications for your body.
Space is limited to a small group to offer individual attention and answer your questions.

**This class is free for Breathe unlimited monthly members and those on the $30/30 days unlimited intro special.
