First built in 1930 as an armory for the National Guard, this building was fully revitalized in 2022 with modern amenities while preserving the history within the brick walls.The entire venue - three floors plus an outdoor patio with an old world stone fireplace - is all yours for the duration of your event. And don't worry about the journey; 10 South's experienced staff will help guide you through the process from the moment you inquire and all the way through your wedding day!It is the perfect venue for indoor and outdoor ceremonies and receptions, with a seating capacity of 375 guests.
